PPHU SPLOT (a manufacturing, trading and service company SPLOT) is a company with a long tradition of a family-run business that has been on the market since 1977. We offer comprehensive sewing services. Our big sewing room is equipped with specialized sewing machines and garment finishing machines. We act as subcontractors producing garments from fabrics provided by order-givers. We have a well-equipped cutting-room and sewing room which makes it possible to carry out the order, starting with a roll of fabric until we produce a final, packaged product. Our order-givers are well-known national and foreign companies.
Our cutting room is well-equipped and we employ highly qualified staff, thanks to which we can satisfy the needs of a requiring customer. We have experience in cutting both knitted fabrics and plain, striped, checked and patterned fabrics. Additional equipment including slashers and packing machines make a comprehensive preparation of the cut elements to be sewn possible. We also have a possibility to prepare different sizes of garments.
This room is equipped with a big number of basic sewing machines as well as a wide range of specialized sewing machines. The machines include computerized machines: JUKI (overlocks and quilting machines) and SIRUBA rendering sewing machines, as well as punching machines, machines finishing stitches, hemming machines etc.). The final product undergoes a detailed quality inspection according to standards supplied by the order-giver and it is packed according to specific high standards. We can also print patterns designed by the order-giver with the help of professional printers by CITIZEN.
